A funeral service for Harold Dean Stokes Sr. of Gloucester, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 14 in First Baptist Church, Ordinary. He died May 4, 2016.

He was a native of Gloucester County and a member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his children, Harold Dean Stokes Jr., Lavinya Cook, Charles G. Stokes, Berkley M. Stokes, Reginald J. Stokes and Dawn L. White; brother, Alden J. Stokes; 12 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.

A viewing will be held from 7-8 p.m. Friday at Howard Funeral Home, Ark. Burial will be in Gloucester Fields Cemetery, Hayes.
