Harold C. “Fuggie” Jarvis, 87, of Port Haywood, passed away at his home on Friday, May 15, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Alice S. Jarvis; six children: Sharon, Tyrone, Norman, James “JC,” Michael and Cyndi; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, May 20, 2015, at 11 a.m. at Antioch Baptist Church, Susan. Burial with military rites followed in the church cemetery. The family received friends on Tuesday, May 19, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Knight Funeral Home, Mathews, and from 6-8 p.m. at the church.
