Halloween fun

Gloucester’s Main Street became a haunted place on Monday evening, as area merchants took part in the Main Street Association’s fifth annual Main Street Trick or Treat. One of the spookiest places by far was Split Enz salon, above, where Valerie Kilpatrick (above, in stocks) greeted visitors. In photo at right, 2 1/2 year old Jorga Moore, left, and 21-month old Sidney Miller dressed as Little Red Riding Hood and a Hershey’s kiss. Over 25 businesses hosted an estimated 1,500 children, according to Main Street executive director Jen Christman.
