Events were held all weekend as Mathews and Gloucester residents got out for some Halloween fun. After last year’s cancellation because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Gloucester Main Street Association welcomed residents back to its annual Gloucester Main Street Trick or Treat event Sunday night.
