I am the former chairman of the Mathews County Planning Commission, a past president of the Chesapeake Bay Board of Realtors, with 50+ years’ experience in real restate, and a former citizens’ representative to the Middle Peninsula Planning District Commission. Since moving our real estate practice to Mathews County in 1993, and purchasing the first piece of property in Mathews, my wife and I have had various reasons for contact with the office of the Commissioner of the Revenue.
