The Gloucester Library, Main Street Center, will host a program at 6 o’clock tonight on the Negro Motorist Green Book, the Jim Crow-era publication that helped African Americans find lodging, restaurants and other services on the road from 1936 to 1966. David Brown, co-director of the Fairfield Foundation, will present the two-hour program.
