The Gloucester Retired Educators Association held its holiday meeting on Dec. 2, with members happily meeting in person for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic began. The group was put in the holiday spirit by the Gloucester High School Select Treble Ensemble, above, led by GHS Music Director Kristina Watkins, standing at right. The ensemble played a repertoire of holiday music and led the members in a sing-along. In photo below, Elaine Norman, left, and Roberta Wiatt won the Prettiest and Ugliest Sweater Contest; each was awarded a bag of popcorn.
