GREA celebrates 35th anniversary Sept. 20

“It’s hard to believe that it has been 35 years since the GREA was formed,” said Elaine Norman, current president of the Gloucester Retired Educators Association.

To celebrate, the organization is hosting a 35th Birthday Reunion on Thursday, Sept. 20 at the Disabled American Veterans’ hall off Short Lane. Festivities will begin at 11 a.m.

Besides party favors and balloons, GREA will honor past presidents and several others who have been faithful members for many years. Everyone who is a retired Gloucester County Public Schools employee is welcome. You need not be a current member to attend.
