The Mathews Women’s Giving Circle is accepting grant requests for 2025 from nonprofit and public organizations that serve the well-being of women and families in Mathews County, according to a release from the organization. Applications are due to MWGC by Oct. 15. Now in its ninth year, the Mathews Women’s Giving Circle has given more than $178,000 in grant money to various nonprofit and public organizations in the county. Applications will be reviewed by a grant review committee and grantees will be notified of a decision by the end of November, a release said.
