Grand Rental Station recently relocated from the Gloucester Point Shopping Center to 3721 George Washington Memorial Highway, Hayes.

Owner/manager Aaron Candella said the new location, part of the old Carter Lumber complex, provides a more central location to serve customers from throughout the Middle Peninsula. He rents space from new owner The Other Moving Company, with Grand Rental Station located near the front of the complex adjacent to Habitat for Humanity’s ReStore.

The new digs provide Grand Rental Station a 3,500-square-foot showroom, Candella said, as well as a 3,000-square-foot warehouse on-site.

Grand Rental Station specializes in event rentals, such as for weddings and parties. Candella rents tents, chairs, tablecloths, servingware and all types of other items that a client might need on a short-term basis.
