A grand opening was held on Sept. 2 for Ms. Kelli’s Beauty Supply, an offshoot of Ms. Kelli’s School of Cosmetology, both located in Plaza 17 on George Washington Memorial Highway, Hayes. Owner Kelli Pollard said she opened the business, which has a vast supply of wigs, as well as hair care products and accessories, because the school has frequently been asked for such products.
