Golfers are invited to participate in the Dave Marchant Memorial Virginia Veterans Golf Tournament on Friday, Sept. 17, at the Piankatank River Golf Club, Hartfield.

Hosted by the Knights of Columbus Assembly 3349, the event is a four-player captain’s choice competition open to everyone. All proceeds will benefit Virginia Veteran and Family Support (www.dvs.virginia.gov/virginia-veteran-and-family-support-2).

Team prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third place in each of three flights. Golfers will also compete for individual prizes. The entry fee is $90 per player which includes use of the practice range, golf cart rental, greens fees, on-course beverages, and dinner in the Steamboat Restaurant.
