Gnome home

This is the new gnome home that is getting all the attention on Mark Pine Road at Bena. It started out as a beloved maple tree at the home of the Kressley family that was over 100 years old and needed to be cut down. John Kressley decided to honor it by turning it into a home for fairyland creatures. His son Ryan worked on the beautiful tree bark roof and together they came up with this new addition in the neighborhood. Many visitors have contributed pieces of this and that. The family recently added flags for the Fourth of July and are already talking about Christmas lights and other ideas. People drive by and when they realize what is in their side vision, they often back up the vehicle, sit right in front and look at the additions.
