The Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society will have reduced adoption fees for its pets beginning Friday through the end of the month as part of “Empty the Shelters,” an adoption event sponsored by BISSELL Pet Foundation, a national animal welfare organization.
During this time, adoption fees for all GMHS dogs and cats will be $50 each. Adoptable pets are spayed, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped....
