The Cellular Connection stores in the area, including the two in Gloucester, have changed their ownership model and name to Wireless Zone.

Richard Gdovic has owned this and 15 other locations for over four years. The switch over, according to Gdovic, is a natural progression for the brand.

According to Executive Director of Development Keith Dziki, “The difference is that TCC operates Verizon retail locations on a corporate channel, where Wireless Zone offers Verizon retail locations on a franchising model.”

Both Gdovic and Dziki assure that everyday customers won’t notice a change in how the store operates, except for maybe a new sign on the door.

This is good news for Gdovic who believes his stores have perfected the sales of cellular products. He believes that his stores are the best locations for customers to get the best customer service, and for employees to have a good working environment.
