The Gloucester location of Sweet Frog, a premium frozen yogurt store, will reopen this weekend, just in time for the start of the summer season.

Beginning at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, the business will welcome customers back with several changes to products and promotions.

The addition of waffle cones and premium toppings like chocolate-dipped strawberries are some of the changes that customers can expect.

In addition, the store will feature a new “swirled” flavor each month. June’s special flavor will be chocolate peanut butter pie.

The location was previously operated by a franchisee; however, after the re-opening it will be run by Sweet Frog’s corporate wing. 

Visitors can expect “better customer service, newer flavors, as well as some incentives,” according to a Sweet Frog spokesperson.
