Gloucester supervisors to meet Tuesday

The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors has several public hearings scheduled during its meeting Tuesday night. The regular meeting will begin at 7 o’clock and public hearings will commence at 7:30 in the colonial courthouse.

One public hearing will consider an application by property owner Tabb Bridges to amend the county’s zoning map to reclassify 0.34 acre from Single Family to Multi-Family for the purpose of developing duplex units. The property is located in the Ware district at the intersection of Fairview and Edgehill streets. 

Bridges is proposing to develop one duplex building, containing two units, according to a county notice. 

A second public hearing is an amendment to county code, proposing to remove the B-3 and HC-1 districts from the zoning ordinance.
