Gloucester supervisors meet Tuesday

The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors has a number of items scheduled for its meeting Tuesday night in the colonial courthouse, including a discussion of the reasons behind mandatory water and sewer connection requirements. The meeting will begin at 7 o’clock.

Other matters expected to be discussed include updates to the county’s strategic plan, focusing on access to local waterways, and customer service strategy. The board will also receive its quarterly update from the Virginia Department of Transportation.

Finally, a closed session is scheduled at the end of Tuesday night’s meeting to discuss the potential acquisition and/or disposition of an interest in real property. ...
