The Gloucester County School Board approved of several personnel items during its two June meetings.
Jessica Ripley of Gloucester was named to a behavior interventionist position; Jessica Davis of Newport News was named to a fourth grade Virginia studies teaching position at Petsworth Elementary School; Natalie Seltzer of Gloucester was named to a fifth grade math teaching position at Petsworth; David Lutz of Gloucester was named to a health and physical education teaching position at Page Middle School; Judy Burggraf of Appomattox was named to a math teaching position at Peasley Middle School; and Tricia Newcomb of Gloucester was named to a third grade teaching position at Bethel Elementary School, all effective Aug. 11.
In substitute appointments, Heather Ernsting was named to a substitute bus driving position, effective April 25; Carolyn Cupp was named to a substitute teaching position, effective May 28; and Morgan West was named to a substitute teaching position, effective June 2.
