The Gloucester County School Board appointed Kim M. Mills of Gloucester, and Deborah W. Farmer of Grimstead, to support positions during its special meeting on Feb. 7.
The board accepted resignations from Gloucester High School biology teacher Christina Londenberg, regional autism teacher Christina Coon, division English Language Learner teacher Rachel Connaughton, support employee Jennifer Norman; and Linda Gendell, part-time instructor for the visually impaired at Abingdon Elementary. The professional resignations are effective at the end of the current school year.
Retirement was approved for the following personnel: GHS health, physical education and driver’s education teachers Honor Hughes and Gerald L. Morgan Jr.; Botetourt Elementary principal Michelle Cagnon; Botetourt special education teacher Jason Laros; Botetourt science teacher Jane Worthington; Botetourt teacher assistants Mary Young and Michele Sears; and Botetourt nurse Linda Meredith.
