Gloucester resident wins first prize for research paper

Caela Gilsinan of Gloucester, has won first prize in Rappahannock Community College’s Spring 2020 RCC Student Research Paper Awards, the school’s library coordinator Dan Ream announced.

Gilsinan’s paper was titled “Can Oyster Aquaculture Provide High Quality Habitat in the Chesapeake Bay?” She will receive a $200 award.
