The following programs are offered by Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism: FREE FLOW YOGA: Free Flow Yoga classes are being held from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. on Tuesdays in August and September at Beaverdam Park’s Whitcomb Lodge. Participants can pay for the whole month or $9 per drop-in session. BEST YEARS TRIPS: Two Best Years Trips are offered this month, starting with a trip to Tappahannock from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 31. Start with a late breakfast or lunch at Java Jack’s followed by a visit to Acme Antiques, a massive, multi-vendor antique and collectibles mall. End the trip with a tasty treat from Acme Ice Cream Parlor. The fee is $35 and the deadline to register is today, Thursday, Aug. 6.
