The following programs are offered by Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism: FREE FLOW YOGA: 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesdays in August and September at Beaverdam Park’s Whitcomb Lodge. Participants can pay for the whole month or $9 per drop-in session. BEST YEARS TRIP: Monday, Aug. 24, to the Virginia Aquarium in Virginia Beach, leaving at 8 a.m. and returning at 5 p.m. The fee is $70 and the deadline to register is Aug. 20. SENIOR BINGO: For ages 50 and over will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 26, and Wednesday, Sept. 23, from 10:30 a.m. to noon both days at the Stewart Building. The fee is $10.
