Gloucester Point Marina expansion on Tuesday’s agenda

The Gloucester County Board of Supervisors has two public hearings scheduled during its meeting Tuesday night in the colonial courthouse. The regular meeting begins at 7 o’clock and public hearings will begin at 8.

One of the public hearings has been scheduled to consider issuing a conditional use permit (CUP) to allow for the redevelopment and expansion of the Gloucester Point Marina.

The application for the CUP, made by Nexus Land Management, LLC, is intended to provide for uses which, due to their unique characteristics or potential impact on adjacent land uses, are not permitted in certain zoning districts by-right, but may be acceptable under certain circumstances with development conditions.
