Gloucester Point Baptist Church will present a program that brings scripture to life, depicting three scenes: the Shepherds visit, Jesus presented in the temple to Simeon, and the Wise Men’s visit, during the Christmas Eve worship service at 5 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 24.

The service, led by Pastor Bud Goude, will also include observance of the Lord’s Supper and a special candle-lighting ceremony.

The living scenes, directed by Leslie Belvin, are portrayed by church members costumed in Biblical roles. The actors include Stan Gandee, Seth Gandee, Gus Saunders, Stewart Wood, Keith Belvin and Paige Bond. Anson Belvin is the Audio/Visual Technician and Choir Director Margaret Sarratori will lead the music.

Gloucester Point Baptist Church is located at 7741 Terrapin Cove Road, Gloucester Point. The community is invited to attend this special service.
