Gloucester Point a hot property, according to study

If you own a home in Gloucester Point and are looking to sell, here’s some good news for you. A recent study ranked the easiest places in Virginia to sell a home and Gloucester Point made the top 10 list.

New York financial technology company SmartAsset ranked cities in the U.S. by the number of days their homes spent on the market. According to this survey, Gloucester Point ranked ninth statewide with the average property staying on the market 69.1 days.

Topping the list are the Fairfax County communities of Huntington and Lincolnia. All the rest in the top 10 were located in Northern Virginia with the exception of Gloucester and #3 East Highland Park in Henrico County.
