The Gloucester County Planning Commission will meet in the colonial courthouse at 6:30 tonight, Thursday, Aug. 6, to review a conditional use permit application to establish a permanent mobile food vendor court along Main Street to host Small Town Burger. Applicant Mac Houtz, along with property owner Main Street Properties, LC, and developer Small Town Burger, has requested a conditional use permit to develop 0.15 of an acre of vacant property at the southeast corner of Clements Avenue and Main Street into a mobile food vendor court. The project is proposed to solely host a Small Town Burger food truck. The property is zoned village mixed use (B-2) and is surrounded by residential property, The Coke Building (offices), Kelsick Specialty Market, the future site of Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad Station 1 and another vacant lot.
