Four members of the Gloucester branch of the NAACP attended last weekend’s NAACP Virginia 90th annual State Conference in Richmond. Representing Gloucester were, from left, Aaron “Sonny” Bowser, branch secretary Kathleen Kellar, president Pamela Griffin-Armstead, and treasurer Pamela Garner.
