The next session of “Pathways to Leadership,” a series devoted to exploring the role of local government sponsored by the Gloucester branch of the NAACP, will be held on Thursday, Aug. 27 beginning at 6 p.m. at Shepherdsville Baptist Church, 8729 Farys Mill Road, Gloucester. The topics for the Aug. 27 session are “What are the Roles and Responsibilities of the Registrar and Electoral Board?” and “What is the Role of the Planning and Zoning Commission?” People are invited to attend, either in person or via Zoom.
