Cookbook Club to meet July 6
Gloucester Library’s next Yum Yum Cookbook Club meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 6, at Main Street Center. Library Chef Chris Thomas will demonstrate recipes for the perfect summer cookout.

Puzzle competition July 8
The Gloucester Library will hold its next Jigsaw Puzzle Showdown at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 8, at the library’s Main Street Center location.
Teams of two to four will race to complete identical 500-piece puzzles to win prizes and be crowned champion puzzlers.Team registration opens Friday. For adults and grades six through 12. Space is limited. Call 804-693-2998 for more information.
A talk on hummingbirds
