Gloucester launches broadband info hub

Gloucester County has launched a new “one-stop shop” for residents to obtain information on broadband availability and connectivity news in the locality. The hub can be accessed through a link on the county’s website (www.gloucesterva.info).

The site details Gloucester’s work to leverage all opportunities—allocation, grants, outside funding, partnerships, and regional collaboration—to provide broadband access to everyone in the community.

The hub is a step toward fulfilling one of the Gloucester County Board of Supervisors’ strategic priorities, which is to provide all residents of Gloucester County options for access to unrestricted, fast, and reliable broadband service, a county release stated.
