The Gloucester County Public Schools Educational Foundation, Chesapeake Bank and Chesapeake Wealth Management will host a 3K and 8K Run/Walk on Saturday, Feb. 23, at Gloucester High School. 

Registration and packet pickup is from 8:30 to 9:15 a.m., the 8K walk/run starts at 9:30 a.m. and the 3K event begins at 9:45 p.m. Registration is $20 for the 3K and $25 for the 8K. 

“Our event offers fun activities for families and everyone, and generous prizes for runners and walkers,” event co-chair Sharon Stone said in a release. “Our fun activities are in addition to the delicious refreshments and booths hosted by our generous sponsors.”

The event will feature a bounce house, selfie booth and popcorn machine, thanks to Freedom Rentals of Gloucester, and other sponsors plan to offer activities and giveaways.
