Gloucester County unveiled its newly redesigned website this week. The address remains the same, www.gloucesterva.info.

The county’s Departments of Information Technology and Community Engagement and Public Information, have been working over the past six months to improve the site.

The redesigned site has a more modern appeal and is oriented to allow users to find the information they are seeking more quickly, a release stated.

The redesign came at no additional cost, as a refresh of the site is permitted every few years under the county’s contract with its vendor, CivicPlus. The new design is tailored to coincide with the look of the official county seal and is in line with various rebranding efforts that are taking place within the organization.
