Gloucester BZA to meet Feb. 26

The Gloucester County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold public hearings on a special exception request and on an appeal during a meeting at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, in the colonial courthouse.

Laurie B. Mason, representing owner White Marsh Properties LLC, has requested that conditions of approval for a special exception the BZA granted last April be modified to extend the occupancy date for an additional 12 months.

The original approval was for a roller skating rink to be operated at White Marsh Shopping Center within 12 months of the board’s decision.

Also, the board will consider an appeal by Roderick C. Barrack, Roderick C. and Carrie Barrack, property owners, to the interim zoning administrator’s denial pending submittal of more detailed and specific affidavits.
