Gloucester businesses continue to grow

Gloucester County continues to see new businesses open and its current businesses thrive, according to Sherry Spring, Gloucester’s Economic Development Director. Several local businesses are moving into larger spaces, as their operations are expanding, and new prospects are on the horizon.

According to Spring, the following business moves are in the works:

—Images & Sound Gallery is moving into the White Marsh Shopping Center next to the White Marsh property owner’s office.

—Thrift Miss is planning a move to larger space in the White Marsh Shopping Center in early December.

—The Quality Inn is undergoing a major renovation and will be changing its hotel flag to a Holiday Inn Express in early 2022, according to its General Manager, Lakisha Fox.

—Golden Creations Jewelers is moving from York River Crossing Shopping Center to the Point Shoppes, formerly known as Gloucester Point Shopping Center.
