Michael Brewer

Michael Brewer is the Manager of Fluid Ops (MOFO) at Gloucester Brewing Company located at 6778 Main Street in Gloucester. The company offers beers ranging fromlight and crisp ales to hoppy IPAs.

“On top of providing quality beers, we take pride in our excellent customer service and a warm and welcoming environment,” said Brewer. “We strive for excellence in everything we do.”

Gloucester Brewing Company was established December 2016. Brewer helped as much as possible during the planning process while working in Northern Virginia. Then he moved home to work full-time as they got closer to opening.

“The most difficult decision for me was deciding to leave a full-time job with benefits to come to a new business,” said Brewer. “Since then, I have learned how to brew Myron’s recipes and even created some of my own, all while helping my father, Mike Brewer, run the taproom.
