Carolyn South of Gloucester has published a Christian Relaxation calendar for 2021, stating that she did so, “after seeing so many people in the area suffering from anxiety. The challenges of 2020 did not help people feel relaxed.”

She said the calendar “has scripture from the word of God on each page reminding us that God loves us and is in control of this world, and we have nothing to fear. There are also suggested anxiety reducing techniques to help a person calm themselves and have a peaceful day.”

The calendar can be purchased through Etsy and on the Facebook page Carolyn’s Designs. South wrote a children’s book, “Kadelia Stops Going to School,” illustrated by Bear Graves, in 2019, available on the same sources.
