A funeral for Gilbert Kertley Jr., 70, of Mathews, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 20 in Emmaus Baptist Church, North. He died Feb. 15, 2016.

Survivors include his sister, Mary Kertley.

Viewing will be at the church from 10 a.m. until the hour of service Saturday. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mathews Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 1130 or Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 723, Mathews, Va. 23109.
