GHS unbeaten in field hockey

The Gloucester Dukes varsity field hockey team continued in its winning ways on Tuesday, shutting out the Warwick Raiders, 7-0. The Dukes scored twice in each of the first two periods before finishing strong with three goals in the third.

With Friday’s 3-0 victory over the Menchville Monarchs, Gloucester’s record improved to 5-0.Against Menchville, Kailee Morris, Megan Crowley and Brooke Billhimer recorded goals. Crowley, Billhimer, Channy Johnson and Alexis Adams recorded assists.

Against Warwick, Johnson scored 3 times and Lexi Adams twice. The other scores were made by Ella Poulson and Christina Riva. Billhimer and Morris had three assists each, while Aubree Dorsey and Bayleigh Anderson had one apiece.
