Gloucester County Public Schools will host a STEM Career Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 17, in the Gloucester High School commons area.
Tidewater region colleges and businesses will be represented, including Continental, Jefferson Lab, Newport News Shipbuilding, Virginia Institute of Marine Science and Old Dominion University. There will also be activities for children in grades three through eight. The event is free and open to the public.
