GHS runners get personal bests at Milestat Invitational

The Gloucester High School cross country teams participated in their last regular season meet this past Saturday at the Milestat Invitational in Mechanicsville. This race produced multiple personal bests for most of the Dukes runners. 

Tanner Baker led the boys’ pack with a time of 16:56. Behind him were Jaxson Ellison (17:21), Conner O’Beirne (17:27), Justin Burgess (17:41), Austin Ezzell (17:41), Mikey Toms (18:18), Josh Ipock (18:32), Alec Daniel (18:42), Hayden Smith (18:59), Owen Hogge (19:23), Jared Fox (20:22), Carter Hill (20:37), Leo Berry (21:27), Trent Fox (21:29), Ethan Gardiner (21:29) and Colt Kirby (23:54).

Coming in first for the girls were Nicole Pinder (20:54), followed by Jaeda Torres (22:15), Cori Morgan (23:18), Emily Shipe (23:31), Lanie Caldwell (23:44), Lydia Hart (23:58), Layla Angles (24:12), Makala White (24:41) and Caitlyn Davis (28:47).
