GHS Homecoming

Gloucester High School celebrated homecoming 2011 last week with several activities, including a parade down Main Street. Above, the first-place parade float crafted by GHS seniors urged the Dukes to "Pancake the Patriots," which they did by beating Denbigh, 15-12, in the homecoming football game. At right, the parade was led by grand marshals Toby Calloway, a GHS automotive tech instructor, and GHS school counseling director Kim Chandler. Seniors Landon Smith and Elani Paredes were crowned the homecoming king and queen during the football game.
