Gloucester High School will hold Homecoming 2010 on Friday, Oct. 8. The week will be Spirit Week at GHS, with freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors vying for the Spirit Stick. The week includes a competitive food drive to benefit local food pantries.

A Homecoming Parade down Main Street will begin at 4:45 p.m. Friday and will last about an hour.

The parade lineup begins at 4:15 and Court House area residents and workers will find Main Street closed as parade time nears. Parade entry forms are available at GHS and on the school website.

The Gloucester Dukes will take on the Warwick Raiders in the homecoming football at 7 p.m. Friday and the 2010 GHS homecoming court will be introduced at halftime. A homecoming dance will be held Saturday night at the school.
