The Gloucester High School varsity golf team traveled to Kiln Creek Golf, Newport News, last Wednesday, Aug. 19. The Dukes collectively finished the match with a score of 359. Senior Fenton Scott shot an 82, followed by junior Ethan Greene with a 91. Senior Jacob Williams and junior Lukas Falkenberg each shot a 93. Gloucester was on the road again last Thursday to play at Ford’s Colony Country Club in Williamsburg, but the match ended early due to lightning in the area. The Dukes will play again this morning at Colonial Heritage Club in Williamsburg, Monday at Newport News Golf Club at Deer Run and next Wednesday, Sept. 2, at the Club at Viniterra in New Kent....
