GHS boys’ tennis falls to Heritage, 6-3

The Gloucester High School boys’ tennis team fell to visiting Heritage in a 6-3 match on May 13. Ian Hardee at first seed won, 6-3, 6-1 over his Heritage opponent and Dylan Weigartz at fourth seed won, 6-3, 6-1.

Also for the Dukes, second seed James Hutzler lost, 6-2, 6-0, third seed Aleck Hitsman lost, 6-4, 6-2, fifth seed Antonio Morales lost, 8-6, 6-1 and sixth seed Austin Abraham lost, 6-1, 6-1.

In doubles, Hardee and Morales won, 8-5, Hutzler and Hitsman lost, 8-6, and Weigartz and Jeffrey Cho lost, 8-1. ...
