The Gloucester High School boys’ tennis team picked up its second win of the season with a 5-2 victory over visiting Warwick last Thursday.

Individual winners for the Dukes were Tony Thomas, Hayden Wagner and Chase VanFossen. In doubles, Trey Reisser teamed with Austin Cunningham for an 8-1 win at number one, while Thomas and Wagner took the number two match, 8-3. Gloucester ended the season Monday with a loss at Woodside.

Gloucester coach Jon Hatch said his players gave their all this season. “I really appreciated their commitment to the program under these circumstances. They came to work every day and gave their best,” said Hatch.Reisser was the lone senior on the squad this spring.
