Douglas Pruim and Brooke Billhimer are the Gloucester High School Male and Female Athletes of the Year for the 2020-2021 school year. Each received a $300 college scholarship from Bill Hudgins GMC as part of their award. Pruim will attend Frostburg State University to play football and Billhimer will attend Christopher Newport University to play field hockey.
