The most recent work by Gloucester High School alumnus Paul Darnell, who resides in California and works as a stuntman, can be seen in theaters now. Darnell is the stunt double for Henry Cavill, who plays Superman in the recently released film "Man of Steel."
In an e-mail this week, Darnell described the work on his latest film. "It was an experience that fulfilled a childhood dream of becoming a superhero. The movie had an amazing cast and crew that made every day a fun experience with laughs and jokes. Henry is the real deal," Darnell said.
Darnell’s other credits include stunts in the 2012 film "Battleship" and working as Robert Pattinson’s stunt double in "Twilight" (2008), "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" (2011) and "Remember Me" (2010).
