George Nelson Coyle Jr. died April 5, 2017. He was born on Nov. 16, 1951 to George and Dorothy (Davis) Coyle in Mathews, Va. He was an Army veteran and served as a Green Beret from 1974-1980.

He is survived by his wife, Tatiana T. Coyle; daughter, Sardana G. Coyle, and sisters, Mary Coyle and Dorothy Coyle Pappas.

A graveside service with military honors will be held Friday, May 19, 2017, at 3 p.m. at Windsor Gardens Cemetery, Dutton, Va.
