8 oz. cream cheese, softened
½ c. mayonnaise
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. onion powder
¼ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (no seeds)
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 oz. jar pimentos, drained

Mix until smooth the cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper. Fold in the jalapeno, Cheddar and pimentos. Refrigerate and serve with crackers.

16 basil leaves
8 cherry tomatoes, halved
Fresh mozzarella cheese
Balsamic vinegar

Place a basil leaf on the plate, put a small slice of mozzarella on it, and half a cherry tomato on that. Fill the plate with these and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.

2 avocados
2 roma tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
¼ of an onion, finely chopped
Package of guacamole mix seasoning
¼ lime, juiced

Mix all items, chill at least 90 minutes and serve with chips. FRUIT BOWL
